15 minutes
A quick, targeted reset for the neck, shoulders, or low back. Seated and clothed, or on the table, whatever fits the day.
- Great for a workday or a warm-up
- First one free for new clients, a $25 value
Clinical massage therapy with the one thing the chains cut first: time. Real hands, a full hour of hands-on work, and a session shaped around you.
What every session includes
Pick the session that fits the day. Every one is built around the problem you walk in with, not a script.
A quick, targeted reset for the neck, shoulders, or low back. Seated and clothed, or on the table, whatever fits the day.
The full hour, hands-on the whole time: deep tissue, trigger point, and myofascial work for stubborn knots, old injuries, arthritis, and everyday aches.
Focused work on a problem area, or a fuller reset than the 15. Chair or table, whatever the body wants that day.

Most franchise massage runs on turnover: shorter tables, faster rooms, and a clock that is always running. Elbow Room is the opposite. Unhurried, personal, and a therapist who remembers what you came in for.
A full 60 minutes of hands-on work. At the chains, a "60-minute" massage is really about 50 once you take out their turnover. Here, intake and setup never come out of your table time.
We assess, we work the actual problem, and you leave with a simple plan for the days between visits.
You pay for the session, and the plan is based on what your body needs, not a sales target.
No experience needed, and nothing to be nervous about. Here is what changes when the hour is built around you.
Stiff joints, arthritis, an old injury, or you just like it light: that is exactly the work you get. We check in as we go, and nothing happens that you did not ask for.
You undress only to your comfort level and stay draped the whole time, with just the area being worked uncovered. Underwear, shorts, a sports bra, whatever feels safe.
We start by asking what is actually going on, so the hour lands where it needs to. Old injuries, everyday stiffness, arthritis: all normal, all welcome.
New clients get one $25 first-visit credit. Take it as a free 15-minute massage, a $25 value, or apply it toward a longer session and make your first full hour $60 instead of $85. Same credit, your choice, not both, with no membership and no catch.

A short intake so the hour is spent where it counts. New injury or a decade-old ache, we start there.
Leave with the work done and a simple plan for the days after. Rebook only when you want to.
